The annual Top Workplaces award lists 150 outstanding organizations throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Participants are measured on qualities such as leadership, career opportunities, compensation, benefits, workplace flexibility and innovation. Private, public, nonprofit and government organizations with at least 50 employees are eligible for the award. BVM has now been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the fourth consecutive year.
