Common Questions From Professionals Like You

Is publishing a BVM magazine a part-time or full-time opportunity?

The Publisher role at BVM is best suited for individuals seeking a full-time business opportunity. While the model offers flexibility and autonomy, our most successful Publishers treat it as a full-time endeavor focused on long-term growth.

What is the income potential for a BVM Publisher?

Your income as a BVM Publisher depends on your consistent effort connecting with local businesses and helping them with their advertising goals. There’s no cap on earnings. Success is driven by your commitment, relationship-building, and focus on delivering value to your community.

Are there any startup costs or fees to launch a BVM magazine?

No. BVM is not a franchise, so there are no upfront fees or startup costs required to launch your own magazine. BVM invests in you, providing training, tools, and support so you can focus on building a successful business. We also offer performance-based bonus opportunities designed to help new Publishers gain early momentum. <br>

Publishers are responsible for their own general business costs (fuel, car, computer, office supplies, etc).

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of a BVM Publisher?

A BVM Publisher’s daily responsibilities focus on building relationships with local business owners and selling print, digital, and other marketing services that increase visibility through consistent branding and messaging. You’ll also support the creation of your magazine. Content is written by a local writer, and BVM’s in-house team handles design and printing.

Do I need any publishing or sales experience to become a BVM Publisher?

No publishing or sales experience is required. Many successful BVM Publishers come from diverse backgrounds. These include former teachers, military veterans, and recent college graduates. We provide full training and support, so you can succeed regardless of your previous career.

How quickly can I launch my first BVM magazine?

Most new BVM Publishers launch their first magazine within 90 to 120 days. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance and support from our team to help you hit the ground running.

What kind of training and support does BVM provide to new Publishers?

BVM offers extensive support to help you succeed. This includes personalized onboarding and one-on-one coaching, ongoing sales and business training, access to a team of designers, writers, and marketers, and tools and systems to manage your magazine efficiently. You’ll never be building your business alone.

How do you choose the area for a new BVM magazine?

We work directly with incoming Associate Publishers to select a high-potential local community. Our proven distribution model ensures your magazine is launched in an area where it can succeed and make a strong impact.

Best Version Media is a commission-based business opportunity. Individual results vary
