We refer to our Websites, App, and Operations together as our “Platform.”
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Platform or otherwise communicated to you.

De-Identified / Aggregated Data
We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information we collect through our Platform. Any information or data that has been de-identified and/or aggregated so that it no longer contains Personal Information will not be treated as Personal Information (for example, we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of users in a particular zip code).
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We retain Personal Information only as long as we have a legitimate business purpose to keep it or as required by law. These purposes may include retaining Personal Information in order to:
- complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected;
- continue our ongoing business relationship with you;
- ensure the security and integrity of our Platform; and
- satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

You can disable our cookies, or all cookies, through your browser settings, but please note, disabling cookies may impact some of the features of our Websites and prevent them from operating as intended. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving interest-based advertising, you will still receive advertisements, but they will be more general in nature. - Opt Out of Marketing Emails. You can opt out of marketing or advertising emails by clicking on the unsubscribe button in the email or contacting us at webmaster@bestversionmedia.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. To opt-out of other communications (e.g., postal marketing and telemarketing), please contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent you from receiving other, non-marketing communications from us.
Tools We Use
Cookies and other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and other tracking technologies including pixel tags and web beacons to gather more information about how our Platform are used. A “cookie” is a small text file that our Platform save onto your computer or device when you use the Platform that allows the Platform to remember your actions and preferences and recognize you or your browser. Web beacons / pixel tags are small graphics on a webpage that monitor your activity when viewing a webpage.
We use these tools to learn whether the Platform are operating optimally, learn whether you are a repeat visitor to our Platform, personalize advertising, obtain valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Platform, and help us provide an enjoyable, personalized and innovative online experience for you. We may combine information gathered from cookies with other Personal Information.
Generally, the type of information we collect through cookies and other tracking technologies is specific to your computer or other device and includes the IP address, date and time the device accessed our Platform, what parts of our Platform were visited, your internet services provider, the device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, the websites you visit before and after coming to our Platform, and whether the web pages requested were delivered successfully.

We may also use session replay tools. Session replay is the reproduction of a user’s interactions on a website or web application exactly how the user actually experienced it. Session replay transforms logged user events, such as mouse movements, clicks, page visits, scrolling, tapping, etc., into a reproduction of what the user actually did on the site or app.
We use session replay tools to gain a more complete picture of how users interact with our Platform.
Analytics
Our Websites use third-party analytics tools, including those listed below.
- Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), to assist us in understanding how our Websites are used. Google Analytics will place cookies on your computer or mobile device that will generate information that we select about your use of the Websites, including your computer’s or mobile device’s IP address. That information will be transmitted directly to and stored by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. Please note that by doing so, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our Platform. - Google Tag Manager – We may use Google Tag Manager (“GTM“), a tag management system that allows JavaScript and HTML tags to be quickly deployed and updated on portions of our Websites for tracking and analytics. We use GTM on our Websites to include Google Analytics. If you have opted out of Google Analytics, GTM takes this opt out into account. - You may opt out to Hotjar’s creation of a user profile, Hotjar’s storing of data about your usage of the Services, and Hotjar’s use of tracking cookies on other websites by opting out here. You may disable cookies as discussed above, but that may impact your use and enjoyment of the Services.
Interest Based Advertising
BVM uses vendors to help it provide online behavioral advertising (also called “targeted advertising” or “interest based advertising”) which is the practice of tracking an individual’s online activities over time, including searches the person conducts, webpages visited and content viewed in order to deliver targeted advertising based on the person’s interests. The data collected may contain, or be associated with, your Personal Information. These advertisements may appear on the Websites and on other websites, or may be sent to you via email.
- Facebook. We use Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver targeted advertisements to website visitors on Facebook based on email addresses that we have collected. - Google Analytics’ Advertising Features.We have enabled and implemented the following Google Analytics Advertising Feature DoubleClick. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google, to customize your ad preferences, or to limit Google’s collection or use this information, visit Google’s Safety Center and Google’s Ad Settings and follow Google’s personalized ad opt-out instructions. Opting out will not affect your use of the Services.
- Meta’s Advertising Tools.We use the remarketing services of provided by Meta (previously Facebook) on our Websites. We use the Meta Custom Audiences to deliver targeted advertisements to website visitors across Meta owned social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, based on email addresses that we have collected. Social Media
We are active on social media, including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter (“Social Media”).
The Platform allows you to connect and share data with Social Media. These features may require us to use cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such Social Media companies to facilitate those communications and features. The Platform may also use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media companies to deliver advertising content. Use of these services requires the applicable Social Media company to implement cookies or pixel tags to deliver ads to you while you access the Platform.
Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Platform and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages.
Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms before using any Social Media features provided through our Platform or third-party websites.
Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, share or sell Personal Information from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian learns that their child provided us with Personal Information without his or her consent, please contact us and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such Personal Information.
Third-Party Websites
The Platform may link to, or be linked to, websites not owned or controlled by BVM. BVM is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties or any third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or to any Personal Information that you may provide to third parties. You should read the privacy policy for each website that you visit.
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
The terms in this section are only applicable to California residents.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, (together, the “CCPA”), California residents have additional rights with regard to their Personal Information. We have provided a summary of those rights below. In the event of a conflict between this Section and the remainder of this Policy, this Section shall take precedence for those California residents. Certain capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings set forth in the CCPA.
Subject to exceptions permitted by applicable laws and verification of your identity, if you live in California, you may exercise the following rights with regard to your Personal Information. Capitalized terms in this Section that are not defined elsewhere in this Privacy Policy have the definitions set forth in the CCPA.

Right to Know. You have a right to request that we disclose certain information about you and our collection of your Personal Information over the last 12 months. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:

- The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you;
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that Personal Information;
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information; and
- The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you.
Right to Delete. Except in certain cases where the CCPA does not require us to do so or provides an exception, you have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retain. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies or the CCPA does not require us to do so.
Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we collect about you. If we receive a verifiable request, we will consider it, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Information. We may deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity, if we determine that the contested personal information is more likely than not accurate based on the totality of the circumstances. We may request that you provide us with documentation that is relevant to your request.
Please note, we may choose to delete the contested Personal Information as an alternative to correcting it if doing so would not negatively impact you or you consent to our deletion.
Non-Discrimination. You have a right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
Right to Data Portability. You may request a copy of the Personal Information you previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

Who May Exercise Your Rights. If you are a California resident, only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a request related to your Personal Information. See the section titled “Using an Authorized Agent” for more information. A parent or legal guardian may make a request on behalf of their child.
Verifiable Consumer Request. You must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information, and you must describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to your request.
When we receive your request to exercise your rights under the CCPA, we will: (a) acknowledge receipt of your request; (b) try to match the information you provide in making the request with information we already maintain about you; (c) if required to verify your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information, including Personal Information; and (d) consider various factors when determining how to verify your identity, such as the sensitivity and value of the data, the risk of harm, the likelihood of fraud, etc.
We will only use Personal Information we collect during the verification process for the purpose of verifying your identity. If you maintain an account with us, we may use that account to respond to your request and/or verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity as required by applicable laws and regulations, we will decline to comply with your request, and let you know why.
When We Will Respond To Your Request. We will try to respond to your request within 45 days. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information to you. We may charge a fee to process or respond to your request if it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
HONORING OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS
As described above, we work with certain advertising partners to show ads that are targeted to your interests. These activities may be considered “sharing” of your personal information under California law. To opt out of these activities, you must either:
Submit a Form. You may request to opt- out using our online form and adjust settings for each device and browser you use with the Website.
Opt-out Preference Signals. California residents may opt out by sending an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) on the browsers or extensions that support such a signal.
