JEFFREY LATTIMER — Team Lead

Q: What inspired you to get into real estate?

“Real estate is all I’ve ever known! My father started Lattimer Realty in 1983. I’ve always loved people, strategy and the idea of helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life. Real estate lets me combine all three — and doing it in the Caldwells makes it even more meaningful.”

Q: Favorite place to grab a drink in town?

Cloverleaf. A cold beer, good wings and awesome atmosphere — you can’t beat that combination.

Q: What do you love most about selling homes here?

“The relationships. You can walk down Bloomfield Ave and know half the people you see. That’s what makes helping families here so rewarding.”

Q: Fun fact clients may not know? The “best version” of Jeff Lattimer is on the water! He loves boating down in LBI.  His backyard pond is his happy place when he is not down the shore.  Jeff also has a green thumb. No plant will EVER be left behind (or unwatered!) in a house represented by The Lattimer Team!

Q: What does a typical Sunday look like when it’s an Open House day for The Lattimer Team?

“When I am preparing for an open house, I love to keep it local! I can be shopping for the perfect outfit at Bari’s Baubles, pick up a cute accessory from Good Saturday, run and get my eyebrows done with Kelly at her Beauty Bar, get my blow out at David Chad, pick up balloons at Dan’s Party Store and walk down to Jack’s to grab a few treats. Everything is at our fingertips and it is so convenient.”

Q: Go-to drink in town?

A glass of Prosecco at Mandara’s — relaxing, cozy and always a great way to unwind after a busy day!

Q: What local spot feels most like ‘home’ to you?

“Francisco Park was always our go-to for our boys’ Birthday parties and play dates. It will always hold a special place in my heart because of all of those memories.”

Q: Fun fact clients may not know? 

Patrese makes one heck of a sausage & peppers (according to Jeff!) and she is Smith & Co.’s best customer (also according to Jeff!)

JUSTINE GIERMANSKI — Buyer’s Agent & Marketing and Social Media Manager

Q: What is your favorite part of being a realtor?

“I absolutely love getting to know our buyers! Connecting families with the right home is incredibly fulfilling — especially when it’s in the neighborhoods I know inside & out. Whether we’ve been working together for a week or I’ve known them for years, there is no better feeling than telling my buyers their offer was accepted. It’s a rush!!”

Q: How does raising your 3 boys here in The Caldwells shape the way you help buyers? 

“From my weekly grocery run at ShopRite to summer concerts at the Gazebo to volunteering at my kids’ schools, I love seeing clients everywhere I go! Real estate becomes personal when you’re raising your own kids in the community you serve. I know which streets are quiet, which parks are best for little ones, where the best streets for Trick-or-Treating are and which homes truly work for a busy family’s lifestyle. Once you start experiencing The Caldwells, you quickly understand why so many families love living here — and I get it, because I’m living it!”

Q: What is your favorite local tradition?

“The Street Fair! I’ve been going since I was a little girl. I bring my 3 boys and they all have so much fun! You never know who you’ll run into!  It is such a nice community event.”

Q: Fun fact clients may not know?

If Justine wasn’t a realtor, she would be a party planner. She LOVES a good theme and definitely goes all out for her kids’ birthdays. She has just as much fun planning & hosting as they do at the actual party!
