Breathe Your Way to Better Health: EWOT

What is EWOT?

EWOT combines moderate exercise with high-flow, purified oxygen. While you move — usually on a bike or treadmill — you breathe oxygen-enriched air through a comfortable mask for 10–15 minutes. This increases your oxygen intake and helps your cells perform better, detoxify faster, and recover efficiently.

Why Oxygen Matters

Where oxygen is present, disease struggles to exist. Oxygen is the fuel your body runs on. Every cell needs it — muscles, brain tissue, skin, and even your immune system. As we age or deal with stress, inflammation, illness, or poor air quality, our oxygen levels naturally decrease.

During exercise, your body naturally increases heart rate, boosts blood flow, opens capillaries, expands lung ventilation, and increases oxygen demand in muscle cells. When you combine this with high oxygen flow, you get more oxygen delivered to tissues at a faster rate and drive oxygen deeper into cells than you can by inhaling oxygen while resting.
