Looking at the positives and the negatives and adjusting accordingly for the new year to come. We are so grateful for ALL our customers whom we’ve crossed paths with. Because of the demand from our customers, three years ago we added a light construction business license. Since adding the light construction license, we’ve been installing skylights, new exterior beams, and decking. We have also been placing roof tiles, as well as power washing and pressure washing exterior surfaces.
Installing skylights opens up the space by letting in more light. These are great for smaller kitchens, bathrooms or anywhere that just needs more natural light. There are a variety of sizes and shapes you can choose from.
We’ve also installed new decking on patios and viewing decks. The decking allows you to have a finished deck look. We strategically place decking according to the deck size and water flow, leaving it low maintenance after installation. There are a variety of long-lasting color options.
As far as exterior beam replacement is concerned, we always try to salvage the existing beam as long as it will stand. When it comes to “that time”, we match other existing beams or create new beams, according to the customer’s preference. Either way, the structure is supported, and beams are replaced with careful consideration.
For homeowners who are looking to beautify their concrete patios, walkways, garages, and driveways without a heavy burden of the cost, power washing and pressure washing allow exterior surfaces that are dirty or stained to come back to new light. Fresh and clean! Depending upon the surface material and condition, either power washing or pressure washing will be completed. A complimentary estimate is recommended.
As always, Barrio Custom Painting still custom paints the interior and exterior of houses and buildings. In the processes, we repair stucco damage on the exterior and drywall damage on the interior. Roof coating and brick sealing are regular services completed as well.
We understand that in Southern Arizona, we have lots of “snow birds” that often leave their houses unattended for months.
