Spring 2026: New Beginnings in Fig Garden & Northwest Fresno
In Fresno County, spring is already in the air! We at The Altschuler Group at RE/MAX Gold feel that spring is absolutely the best time of year. While it can still be cold at night, the temperatures are a welcome change from the dense winter fog; the air is pristine, greenery is everywhere, and plants are beginning to pop out of the ground. While winter is never too early to begin preparations to sell, springtime is typically a season of increasing interest in real estate. This brings more opportunities for The Altschuler Group to serve our clients, particularly in the Fig Garden and Northwest Fresno areas.
One of the most frequently asked questions for Realtors is, “How’s the market?” Our response is typically: “Great question!” The real estate market always seems to be fluctuating, especially regarding trends such as neighborhood, location, interest rates, and property style. Started meeting with the seller, who’d lived in the same home since the 1980s and was ready to move to Retirement. The Altschuler Group had the honor of assisting with preparations, estate liquidation, and deciding on updates/repairs for selling. It was a joy to serve this family as it took about 60 days to prepare. Such a wonderful pleasure to host Open Houses and market their beautiful home. The buyer(s) were one of our guests at an Open House, a young family wanting to upsize from their smaller Fig Garden area home. We had the great opportunity to represent the sale of their home as well, which immediately sold the first weekend, as theirs was an updated entry level property.
