St. Paddy’s Corned Beef Poutine
A cozy St. Patrick’s Day favorite made easy with deli-sliced corned beef — perfect for March comfort cooking!
Ingredients
- 1 package McCain’s Frozen French Fries
- 1 cup Black Bear deli corned beef
- ½ cup beef gravy
- 1 cup cheese curds
or substitute 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
Directions
1. Cook French fries according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat corned beef in a 10-inch skillet for 5–7 minutes, until warmed and lightly browned.
3. Divide fries among oven-safe bowls. Top with corned beef, gravy, and cheese.
4. Broil 3 inches from heat for 3–4 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
