Pastel Celebration Brownies

Spring is a season of celebration—from Easter gatherings to family brunches and sunny afternoons with friends. These festive brownies are an easy way to add a colorful, joyful touch to any dessert table. With gooey marshmallows, pastel candies, and a drizzle of chocolate, they feel special while remaining wonderfully simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • 1½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup pastel candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 2 tbsp semisweet or milk chocolate chips

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease an 8-inch square pan. Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions.

2. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes longer, until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden. Remove and immediately sprinkle with candy-coated chocolates. Cool completely.

3. Microwave chocolate chips in a small bowl for 30–45 seconds, stirring halfway, until smooth. Transfer to a small plastic bag, snip the corner, and drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate about 15 minutes, or until set.

4. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
