Comfort Keepers is a family-led organization. Susan’s daughter, Lauren Selby, serves as our Director of Home Care, overseeing client services and ensuring each care plan is thoughtfully developed and regularly monitored. Lauren works closely with families to tailor services to meet individual needs, helping provide consistency and peace of mind.
Our Operations Manager, Angela Glieco, Susan’s niece, plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations. Angela helps ensure that our caregivers are well-supported and that clients receive dependable, seamless service.
We have also recently expanded our leadership team by welcoming Lisa Hanna as our Care Coordinator. Lisa maintains communication between clients, families, and caregivers. Her focus on consistent check-ins and proactive support strengthens our commitment to responsive, high-quality care.
This dedicated leadership team creates a culture of accountability, warmth, and professionalism that extends throughout our entire agency. We carefully select and train our caregivers, matching them with clients not only based on skill but also personality and compatibility.
