Fall is one of our favorite seasons at Stokelan Estate Winery. As the leaves change and cooler weather settles into South Jersey, our historic estate takes on an entirely new feel. This year, we have even more to celebrate: a new face leading our Private Events, a refined, chef-curated private event menu, and a calendar of workshops and activities packed with plenty of reasons to visit this season.
Unveiling Our New Private Event Menu
We recently unveiled a completely refreshed private event menu designed to make celebrations at Stokelan as memorable as the setting. Guests can choose from an updated selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, including petite baked brie and raspberry puff pastries, truffle potato croquettes, bacon-wrapped scallops, and Peking duck spring rolls. Entrées now include short rib with a Kirby’s Mill Red Blend reduction, herb-crusted Chilean sea bass, and pan-seared chicken with a Vidal Blanc reduction. Our refreshed selection of dishes is seamlessly complemented by pasta, salad, and dessert options. We’re also excited to have introduced a beautiful brunch menu, featuring sous vide eggs, freshly baked pastries and croissants, and fresh seasonal fruit.
Welcoming Siobhan Commerford
We’re so delighted to welcome our new Private Events Manager, Siobhan Commerford!
Siobhan brings decades of hospitality experience spanning restaurants, fine dining, wine sales, and large-scale events. For the past 13 years, she and her husband operated a boutique bottle shop and lounge, where she curated wine and cocktails and hosted everything from weekly gatherings to intimate weddings. Her combination of hospitality, event planning, and business ownership makes her a wonderful addition to Stokelan. Siobhan will play an integral role in shaping the next chapter of Stokelan’s private events, bringing fresh ideas, elevated offerings, and a personalized approach to every gathering. Contact our Private Events team at events@stokelanwinery.com to learn more about hosting your event at Stokelan.
