Caring for our Community at Chapelstreet Church

At Chapelstreet Church, we believe no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. Our care ministries exist to surround you with prayer, encouragement, and practical support so you can keep moving forward with strength and hope.

We offer care for individuals and families through personal one-on-one support, group gatherings, and assistance with practical needs. Whether you’re longing for someone to talk with, a steady presence during a difficult season, or guidance as you navigate a challenging situation, we are here for you. Our team listens with compassion, prays with you, and helps you discern which type of care will be most helpful in your current season.

If you are walking through a difficult time or facing an unexpected crisis, we want you to know you don’t have to do it on your own. Our heart is to offer encouragement, hope, and a pathway toward healing. We have a caring team of pastors and trained staff members who can provide short-term support. They offer a confidential space to share what you are experiencing, along with guidance rooted in Scripture and prayer. And if meeting with a licensed Christian counselor would be beneficial, we can help connect you with a pre-screened, trusted professional who understands your unique needs.

We also believe deeply in the value of compassionate peer-to-peer support. Our Stephen Ministers are trained lay caregivers who walk alongside individuals for as long as needed, offering steady presence, prayer, and support through some of life’s hardest moments. They serve individuals from both our church and community who are facing challenges such as grief, loss, illness, relationship struggles, job changes, and more. Whatever you are carrying, a Stephen Minister can be a faithful companion on the journey.

If you or someone you know is in need of individual support, please reach out to us at Care@ChapelstreetChurch.com. If you are unsure where to begin, we are happy to talk with you and help you find the care ministry that fits your situation. Each campus also has a team of dedicated volunteers who help keep you connected when attending in-person worship services becomes difficult. This visitation ministry provides regular check-ins, prayer, and personal encouragement for those facing long-term physical challenges or chronic health concerns, ensuring you remain supported, remembered, and connected to your church family.

Chapelstreet offers a range of care groups designed to meet people in the midst of their unique struggles and help them experience healing, growth, and renewed hope. Each group provides a safe and compassionate space where you can walk alongside others who understand your journey and are seeking God’s comfort and strength as you do.

Project Exodus is a recovery community for those impacted by addiction, whether personally or through someone they love. Participants find understanding, accountability, and practical tools for healing as they pursue lasting freedom and restoration.

Divorce Care provides a place of comfort and guidance for individuals walking through separation or divorce. Surrounded by others who have faced similar heartbreak, you’ll find support, biblical wisdom, and hope for the future.

Grief Share offers a gentle environment for those mourning the loss of a loved one. Through shared stories, insights, and compassionate companionship, this group helps you take meaningful steps toward healing.

No matter which group you join, you will be met with kindness, understanding, and a community committed to walking with you. New sessions begin in January 2026. Please visit Chapelstreet.Church/Care to learn more and find the support that fits your needs.
