Sands Point’s Ultimate Outdoor Kitchen
Who doesn’t love dining outdoors—especially when the backdrop is open sky and water? As the second project for this family, they knew they wanted an outdoor entertainment area in addition to the indoor spaces. So, the goal became creating a patio kitchen and lounge that felt like the family’s own private vacation villa—something they could use all summer long and even on those crisp fall nights.
In addition to providing the appliances, selected for function and durability, the Showcase team built a fully operational kitchen complete with island, cabinetry, refrigeration, a prep area, and a clean-lined sink, at one end of the fieldstone structure. Nearby, the stone fireplace and built-in wood storage establish a cozy lounge for gathering, relaxing, and taking in the landscape. Everything is durable, weatherproof, and super functional including the weather-friendly seating. The easy flow to the outdoors makes this an irresistible all-season retreat—perfect for cooking, dining, and unwinding with those they love.
