Winter Wellness: The Everyday Habit That Impacts Your Pain, Energy, Mood, and Longevity

Most people think of posture as something you “work on” during exercise or when someone reminds you to stand up straight. In reality, posture is a 24/7 habit, and it plays a much bigger role in your health, energy, and quality of life than most realize.

Posture is how your body organizes itself against gravity throughout the day—while standing, sitting, walking, working, and even relaxing.   • Pay attention to posture during daily activities, not just during exercise
