The Big Blue Marble
You sustain the world on your shoulders ….you’re literally enduring 15 pounds per square inch of earth atmospheric pressure atop your body ..and its mere two legs. Don’t forget all the internal rubbery and gooey inner strains holding it all together for the sake of the soft visceral organs and fluid ingredients within.
Look further and all you’ll find we are elemental; biomechanical, biochemical, bioelectric and biomagnetic. Look deeper and you’ll find that everything is energy.

Primed for Primal
Ultimately, you’ve got obligations – Primal ones; Survival and Balance (let’s skip procreation for now).
Your lineage began as hunter-gatherer. Your original world was 3Dimensional, scanning the vistas for danger, food and shelter. Stress the human condition via Grizzly Bear attack …and it will compensate, run or fight (your Sympathetic “Fight, Flight or Freeze” nervous system). However, if the coast was clear, your nervous system was too (your ideal Parasympathetic nervous system).
New Age Pain
Presently, we’re part of a caffeinated, new-world order that involves different, but unfortunately consistent stress; social media, news, hyper-kinetic interaction of electronics, toxic people, bad posture and body pain. Essentially, system overload… right down to the cellular level.
Thankfully, we’re adaptive. However, with body-mind compensation comes sacrifice. I’ve witnessed the human condition as both triumphant and fragile across 20 years in In my Neuromuscular practice and across 30 countries in my travels.
None of us escape pain and stress. Move slightly out of symmetry or sense a threat to your survival and ALL of your human systems can react in dysfunction (via accident, abuse ..or merely a challenge in your work / home ergonomics).
