Boarding and Daycare Enrichment Sessions

We offer a variety of enrichments for your furry family member while staying at Camp Bow Wow – Clarkston.  The enrichments range from Play Ball, Snuggle Time,  Pup Cup Treats, Ball Pit, Peanut Butter or Pumpkin Lick Mats, and many more featured on our monthly calendar.  Be sure to check out our menu of Enrichments.

1. Mental Health: Dogs thrive on mental challenges. Enrichment sessions, such as puzzle toys, scent games, and interactive play may help keep their brains sharp and can prevent issues like anxiety and depression.
2. Physical Health: Regular physical activity is crucial for maintaining a healthy weight and overall fitness. Activities like agility courses, fetch, and supervised play help burn off energy and keep dogs fit.
3. Behavior Improvement: Engaging a dog’s mind and body can reduce undesirable behaviors like excessive barking, chewing, or digging. A stimulated dog is a well-behaved dog.

Our Pawsitive Start, Jr. Program has been very successful in preparing pups from ages 4 months to 1 year for overall socialization and group play behavior with other dogs.  We are now offering this socialization program to dogs 1 year and older.  They will learn lifelong behavior skills in small, supervised groups through open play, building friendships with both dogs and counselors.
