Morgan Faith and Kristi Allen’s story began in 2012, when the two met in hair school and quickly discovered a shared passion for beauty, creativity, and meaningful connection. From the start, their work ethic and vision set them apart—and kept them inseparable.
After graduating, Morgan and Kristi spent the next decade working side by side at the same salon, honing their craft, building lasting client relationships, and quietly dreaming of something more. That dream eventually became Faith & Allen, now located in the heart of Crestview Hills Town Center.
