Gearing up for Founders Weekend

Back to Articles

Whether you’re a local artisan or a growing business, there is a distinct anticipation of fun in the air when the center of Dripping Springs transforms into the Founders Day Festival. This year, from Friday April 24th to Sunday April 26, 2026, the historic downtown district will once again become a vibrant buzz of Texas spirit and community connection.

Whether it’s the uneven asphalt or the loud music from the main stage, these are the whims that make the event authentic. With upwards of 30,000 attendees expected over the three-day weekend, the energy is undeniable and lively. The streets are lined with over 150 booths, the smell of competition-grade BBQ wafts from the cook-off corners, and the sound of live music provides the soundtrack to a weekend of pure “Drippin'” nostalgia.

Being a vendor at Founders Day is a badge of honor. Because the city gives preference to local businesses and unique, high-quality products and services, the vendor layout feels less like a corporate trade show and more like a curated Texas bazaar. For us, this isn’t just another weekend market—it’s one of the biggest events of the year to be able to connect with our community. Founders Day allows for real, face-to-face handshakes. It’s about the joy of seeing someone’s eyes light up when they find that perfect service or product that can change their day & life for the better. Come see us on Mercer, and we will be under our canopy with summer gear and water ready to meet you!
