Twenty-five years. Honestly, I’m not sure where the time went.
When I started Griffith Roofing back in 2001, I didn’t have a big plan. I had a work ethic, I knew how to treat people, and I believed that if you did good work and kept your word, you’d be okay. That’s still pretty much the whole philosophy.
What I didn’t expect was how much this community would give back to us. Over 5,000 roofs later, I can tell you — every one of those jobs came down to one thing: somebody trusted us. A neighbor told a neighbor. An insurance agent made a call. A real estate agent went out on a limb. That’s how this business grew, and we don’t forget it.
To the residents of Southlake and the surrounding communities who’ve supported us all these years — thank you. Genuinely. You’ve sent us your friends and family, and that means more than any award ever could.
Speaking of awards — we’ve been named Best Roofer by local publications 29 times over the years. That’s you doing that. We appreciate it more than we probably say.
We’ve also been fortunate to work alongside some great insurance and real estate professionals who’ve trusted us with their clients. That partnership means a lot to us, and we don’t take it for granted.
Twenty-five years in, I’m proud of what this team has built. But what I’m most grateful for are the relationships — the people we’ve gotten to know, the families we’ve had the privilege of helping. That’s the part that sticks with you.
Thank you for letting us be part of this community. We plan to be here a good while longer.
