When driving along South 12th Avenue, one cannot miss the beautiful new two-story building. PRCA will open the west wing of its planned hacienda-style campus, a significant milestone in the school’s continued growth. The addition includes twelve new classrooms and will serve K-5 students beginning in the 2026-2027 school year.
The new facility completes Phase 2A of the campus master plan, which also included a paved parking lot and multipurpose athletic field. This expansion represents an investment not only in PRCA families but also in the broader south side of Tucson community.
The South Campus is helping lead the way in dual-language Christian education in Arizona and across the nation. Students receive instruction in both Spanish and English, developing strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in each language. PRCA combines academic excellence with Christ-centered learning, as God is present in all of the subjects.
Families are also drawn to the school’s vibrant mariachi program, which is integrated into the daily curriculum. From kindergarten through fifth grade, students learn to read music and play instruments. Mariachi León has twice performed at the Tucson International Mariachi Conference, and this year, students even performed a song they composed themselves.
At Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, students are known, loved, and guided toward becoming more like Christ. Faith is not confined to the classroom; students actively serve their community by encouraging first responders and residents of senior care facilities.
