It’s fall. This back-to-school time of year inspires a sense of getting back to work. The fun and play of summer are winding down, and it’s time to refocus.

What are your goals? What have you been hoping to accomplish by the end of the year? This is a great time to stop, reset, and finish the year strong. And if your health and fitness are at the top of your goal list, we want to help.

September 14th marks the beginning of Tranzform Fitness Grand Haven’s Red Carpet Ready Challenge, a FUN and motivating eight-week fitness and nutrition program. Our certified, professional coaches will help you identify your personal fitness and wellness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, eat more fruits and vegetables, or simply create healthier habits. Whatever your goal, we’re here to help you achieve it and FEEL better in just eight weeks.

And because every accomplishment deserves to be celebrated, we’ll wrap up the challenge with a Red Carpet Celebration Party! We’ll literally roll out the red carpet and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished over the past eight weeks. Whether your victories are on the scale, in the mirror, in your lab results, or simply in how you feel, you’ll have the opportunity to capture the moment with professional-style photos of your healthier, stronger, Tranzformed self.

The challenge includes InBody scans that track your body composition throughout the program. More meaningful than simply watching the scale, these scans measure body fat and muscle mass. You can celebrate fat loss, a lower body fat percentage, and often an increase in skeletal muscle mass. While many of our past participants lost weight, even those who didn’t often celebrated bigger victories by building muscle and improving their overall body composition.

But after last year’s eight-week challenge, it was the non-scale victories that impressed us the most.

Regardless of what the scale said, members reported simply feeling better in their bodies. They lost inches, which resulted in their clothes fitting better. They felt stronger and more capable of lifting and carrying things in everyday life. Many noticed improved balance from increased core strength, something that’s especially important as we age. Some even experienced clearer skin.

Members also shared that they had more energy throughout the day, slept better at night, and felt less tired overall. That extra energy allowed many to be more active and engaged with their kids and grandkids.

The healthy habits built during the challenge also changed the way many members thought and felt about food. They developed a healthier relationship with eating, feeling satisfied instead of constantly hungry. Better planning and preparation made healthy choices easier and unhealthy temptations easier to resist. Many also reported overcoming emotional eating habits.

The medical victories were especially inspiring. We heard from members who simply felt healthier. Some balanced their glucose levels and lowered their A1C. One member even completely eliminated the symptoms of a chronic condition.

The challenge also created meaningful mental victories. One member described feeling “victorious!” Others experienced a renewed sense of accomplishment and success: “Yes, I CAN do this!” They felt empowered to take back control of their health and gained confidence from feeling stronger and having a more positive body image.

Now it’s YOUR TURN.

Let us help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself. Let’s get you Red Carpet Ready.
