All summer long, guests can experience flavorful craft cocktails at all three bars across American Place Casino with all new featured drinks at Asia-Azteca.
At Asia-Azteca, the drinks are made with fresh summer ingredients, capturing the essence of both Asian and Latin American staples. Four specialty cocktails will be available all season:
Golden Hour
Haku vodka, passion fruit, pineapple, cranberry, and fresh lime. A sun-drenched tropical pour that balances sweet and tart flavors.
Sunset Spritz
St. Germain gin and exotic dragon fruit, topped with crisp prosecco, fresh lime, and mint. An effervescent, cooling refresher.
Purple Reign
Empress gin and butterfly peaflower create a deep royal hue, shaken with aromatic lavender, triple sec, and fresh lime. A fragrant, eye-catching cocktail.
Midnight Brew
Suntory Toki whisky and velvety espresso liqueur, lifted with a whisper of orange and finished with a dark Lunardo cherry. Rich, smooth, and complex.

American Place Casino’s Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Stephanie Torres, provided readers with a great at home cocktail to try out this summer, the Porch Pounder.
Porch Pounder
- Vodka 5oz
- 3 Slices of lime
- 2 springs of Rosemary
- Grapefruit Juice
- Soda Water
- First, you take the lime and the rosemary in your shaker tin, and muddle with the grapefruit juice.
- Add the vodka and ice to the shaker and shake
- Pour the contents into a tall glass, including the ice, and top with soda
- Add a lime for garnish and enjoy several on your porch! Cheers!
