Meet Michelle:
Now in her sixth year with Saltz, she has found deep fulfillment in an industry rooted in connection, trust, and transformation. What she loves most about her work is the opportunity to understand each individual’s unique needs and collaborate toward personalized goals. For her, aesthetics goes far beyond vanity; it is about confidence, self-esteem, and helping people feel empowered in their own skin.
One of the things she values most about Saltz is the comprehensive approach to care. With a broad spectrum of treatments available, she is able to support the whole individual and adapt to the changing needs that arise throughout every stage of life. Just as important is Saltz’s commitment to excellence. The team holds itself to an exceptionally high standard, engaging in ongoing education and advanced training to ensure clients receive the most effective, up-to-date treatments available.
Outside of the treatment room, she embraces an active, creative life. She spends her free time on the slopes, refining her guitar skills, and enjoying time with her family — all of which fuel the balance, energy, and passion she brings to her work each day.
Meet Katrina:
With 4.5 years on the Saltz team, Katrina specializes in advanced treatments designed to deliver powerful results with little to no downtime. Addressing skin discoloration, signs of aging, and body shaping, she helps clients achieve results that feel both transformative and attainable within busy, real lives.
What she loves most about working at Saltz is having access to the best technology available. These tools allow her to truly customize treatments so clients not only look their best, but feel confident and cared for. “Aesthetics goes far beyond surface-level changes. It’s about honoring the trust our clients place in me year after year,” she said. Katrina demonstrates the ability to support both inner and outer confidence, which is what keeps her passionate about this field.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her embracing the outdoors: hiking, golfing, or riding dirt bikes through the desert and mountain landscapes nearby. Her adventurous spirit and grounded approach carry seamlessly into the care she provides at Saltz.
Meet Mishell:
With nearly three months at Saltz, Mishell serves as a Surgical Patient Care Coordinator, a role that perfectly aligns with both her strengths and her passion for patient care. What she loves most about working at Saltz is the team itself who, in her words, “…are a highly trained group of professionals whose positive energy and supportive culture make the work environment my favorite part of each day.”
The most rewarding aspect of her role comes after surgery, when she gets to see patients step into a renewed sense of confidence. Being able to guide and support them through such a meaningful and personal journey is deeply fulfilling. When she was able to attend the 4S Summit in Fort Lauderdale, she gained valuable knowledge, connected with inspiring people, and even enjoyed a little sunshine along the way.
Outside of work, she spends much of her free time with her four-year-old Golden Retriever, Pablo. She’s also an avid pickleball player, competing in leagues and tournaments whenever she can most often at her favorite spot, Second Summit.
