The Body Shop: Family-Owned Tradition Meets the Paris Community

Since opening The Body Shop’s Paris location earlier this year, our team has been overwhelmed by the warm welcome we’ve received from the community. When we acquired the existing shop in March of 2025, our goal was more than simply growing our footprint; it was to join a community with a strong sense of pride, tradition, and hometown values. Paris has exceeded every expectation.

One of our first commitments was to honor the people and relationships already rooted here. We were able to retain a large majority of the talented staff who had been serving Paris customers for years. Their experience, skill, and familiarity with the community continue to be invaluable, and we’re grateful they chose to stay and grow with us. Combining their local knowledge with our company’s 50-year legacy of quality collision repair has created something truly special.

Being part of a community also means investing in it. In our short time here, we’ve been proud to support the Lamar County Youth Livestock Auction, the 903 Sun Sets Concert Series, and the Paris, Texas Rodeo, events that represent the heart and spirit of this region. We also joined the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce and look forward to building strong relationships with local businesses and civic leaders.

As a family-owned and operated company since 1976, The Body Shop has always believed that great work and great communities go hand in hand. That belief is already taking shape here in Paris. Whether it’s repairing a family vehicle after a fender-bender or supporting the events that bring neighbors together, we want to be a reliable, long-term partner for the people who call this place home.

To everyone in Paris who has trusted us with your vehicles, stopped by the shop, or welcomed us at local events- thank you. We are excited for the road ahead and look forward to serving this community for many years to come.
