Beautiful skin is rarely the result of a single treatment. It is a process that combines knowledge, consistency, advanced technology, and a personalized understanding of what makes each person’s skin unique.

At Regenesis Med Spa, that philosophy comes to life through Sherry Torres, Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Laser Hair Removal Technician, whose approach to aesthetics is rooted in education, experience, and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin.

For Sherry, skincare is about much more than what happens during an appointment. It is about understanding the skin, recognizing what it needs, and creating a thoughtful plan that evolves with each client. Her years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics have given her the opportunity to work with a wide range of skin concerns, while her continued education keeps her connected to professional skincare, advanced techniques, and aesthetic technology.

As an Acne Specialist, Sherry has advanced education focused specifically on acne and acne-prone skin. This specialized knowledge allows her to help clients better understand their breakouts, skincare routines, and professional treatment options. For those who have struggled with acne or want a more intentional approach to managing their skin, her specialized training provides an added level of expertise.

Sherry is also 5x certified in chemical peel treatments and is certified in SkinCeuticals chemical peels. Her extensive training allows her to thoughtfully incorporate professional exfoliation into customized skincare plans when appropriate, with consideration for each client’s skin type, concerns, goals, and treatment history.

Her commitment to education extends beyond chemical peels and acne. Sherry has continued her professional training with respected skincare lines, including SkinBetter Science, SkinCeuticals, and Hydrinity. This education strengthens her understanding of professional skincare, ingredients, formulations, and how products can complement in-office treatments.

Every client walks through the doors with a different story. Some may want to refresh dull or tired-looking skin. Others may be looking to improve texture, address signs of aging, manage acne, improve the appearance of pigmentation, or develop a skincare routine that finally feels right for them.

There is no universal answer, and Sherry understands that.

Professional skincare can play an important role between treatments, and Sherry believes clients should understand what they are using and why they are using it. By combining professional treatments with thoughtful at-home skincare, clients can take a more intentional approach to caring for their skin.

Modern aesthetics has also transformed the way professionals approach skin concerns. At Regenesis Med Spa, Sherry has trained on several advanced technologies, including the Lutronic Clarity II, Lutronic Ultra, and XERF.

The Lutronic Clarity II is an advanced dual-wavelength laser platform featuring 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelengths. Its versatility allows treatments to be customized based on the client, treatment area, skin characteristics, and desired goals.

Clarity II can be used for laser hair reduction and can also be utilized for certain pigmentation and vascular concerns. Its dual-wavelength technology provides flexibility when developing individualized treatment approaches.

The Lutronic Ultra is an advanced laser resurfacing technology designed to address the appearance of skin texture, fine lines, uneven tone, and other visible signs of aging. By creating controlled treatment within the skin, laser resurfacing can support the skin’s natural renewal process and reveal smoother, refreshed-looking skin over time.

Because resurfacing treatments require thoughtful patient selection, proper treatment planning, and appropriate aftercare, Sherry’s understanding of the skin is an important part of determining when this technology may be appropriate.

The XERF platform brings radiofrequency technology into the treatment room. XERF delivers controlled radiofrequency energy to targeted tissue, creating a heating response that can support collagen remodeling and improvements in the appearance of skin firmness and laxity.

Each technology offers different capabilities, but Sherry understands that advanced equipment is only as effective as the expertise behind it. Knowing when a treatment is appropriate, how it fits into a broader plan, and how the skin should be cared for before and after treatment are all important parts of the aesthetic process.

At Regenesis Med Spa, innovation is not about technology simply for technology’s sake. It is about using the right tools for the right client and creating a more personalized experience.

That philosophy is especially important in today’s aesthetic industry, where clients have more treatment options than ever before. With countless products, procedures, and technologies available, knowing where to begin can sometimes be just as important as knowing which treatment to choose.

Sherry believes education should be part of the experience. She wants clients to understand their skin and feel confident about the choices they are making for it.

Whether that means introducing a professional chemical peel, creating a targeted approach for acne-prone skin, incorporating advanced laser or radiofrequency technology, refining an at-home skincare routine, or simply determining where to begin, her goal is to create a plan that feels achievable, informed, and intentional.

There is something powerful about understanding your own skin. When clients know what they are using, why they are using it, and how their treatments work together, skincare becomes less overwhelming and more empowering.

The modern aesthetic experience is changing. Clients are no longer simply looking for a treatment. They are looking for expertise, personalization, education, and an experience they can trust.

Sherry’s approach combines the artistry of aesthetics with the knowledge of professional skincare and advanced technology. She understands that beauty is personal and that the best aesthetic plan is one that enhances the individual rather than trying to make everyone fit the same ideal.

For some clients, that may mean focusing on skin health and creating a luminous, healthy-looking complexion. For others, it may mean addressing acne, pigmentation, texture, signs of aging, or skin laxity through a combination of professional skincare and advanced treatments. For many, it may simply mean having someone knowledgeable in their corner who can help them navigate the ever-changing world of aesthetics.

Whatever the goal, Sherry’s approach begins in the same place: the client.

She brings together years of hands-on experience, advanced training, specialized acne education, chemical peel expertise, professional skincare education, and training with advanced aesthetic technologies. Her approach is not about following a formula. It is about creating a treatment experience that is thoughtful, informed, and uniquely suited to the person sitting in her chair.

Because great skincare is not just about looking better. It is about understanding your skin, investing in yourself, feeling confident in the choices you make, and finding an approach that feels like it was designed specifically for you.
