No Bake Strawberry Shortcake Trifles
This no-bake strawberry shortcake trifle is the perfect balance of simple and special—ideal for entertaining, a family dessert, or a sweet treat on a warm day. With fluffy whipped cream, juicy strawberries, and tender pound cake layered together, it delivers classic strawberry shortcake flavor without ever turning on the oven. Ingredients
- 2 cups Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream or Half and Half
- 1⁄4 cup Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
- 1 pint strawberries, cleaned, stems removed, and chopped
- 1 loaf frozen pound cake, thawed
Directions
- Cut the pound cake into ½ inch cubes and set aside. In a large bowl beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Assemble trifles in desired cups by layering pound cake pieces, chopped strawberries, and whipped cream in even layers until full.
- If desired, top with a single strawberry
- Serve immediately.
