This month, we welcome Sylvia Martinez, a certified personal trainer whose philosophy aligns seamlessly with our focus on intentional, results-driven care. Sylvia brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to training, emphasizing functional movement, injury prevention, and a deeper connection to how the body performs in everyday life. Her sessions are designed not just to challenge you, but to support long-term strength, stability, and confidence in your movement.

With a background in Health & Wellness Promotion from the College of Lake County and a degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, Sylvia integrates both physical and mental awareness into her work. Her specialties include functional fitness, postural alignment, targeted muscle activation, and proprioceptive training—making her an excellent fit for those recovering from injury, looking to refine their movement, or simply ready to take their fitness to the next level.
