For the past four and a half years, Rachel has been helping clients feel confident and cared for as part of the Saltz team. As an aesthetician, she loves performing more aggressive treatments that deliver meaningful, visible results and appreciates the wide range of advanced options available at Saltz. With devices and treatments designed to address nearly any skin concern, she enjoys being able to help clients find solutions that truly fit their needs.
One of her favorite things about working at Saltz is the variety the practice offers. The ability to customize care and use innovative technology keeps her work exciting and allows her to make a real impact in each client’s skincare journey.
For her, the most rewarding part of the job is simple but meaningful: helping people feel better about themselves. She knows that even small improvements can make a big difference in someone’s confidence, and being part of that transformation is what makes the work so fulfilling.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

For more than two years, Stephanie has been a valued member of the Saltz team, bringing compassion and expertise to her role in medical assistance and Acoustic Wave therapy for intimate health. She loves the opportunity to meet incredible people while working alongside doctors who are deeply committed to their patients and outcomes.
Stephanie finds the most meaning in supporting patients through every stage of their journey; from consultation to recovery. Being a steady, reassuring presence during such a personal process, and watching confidence grow after surgery, is something she says never gets old.
Outside the clinic, Stephanie’s life centers around her two boys, often spent at baseball and football games. When she’s not on the sidelines, you can find her riding her horse, hunting, or fishing, making the most of time outdoors and with family.
Kiana Dela Cruz, Lead Concierge

For the past six years, Kiana has been an important part of the Saltz team, helping create the warm, welcoming environment patients experience from the moment they walk through the door. As Front Desk Concierge Manager, she plays a key role in overseeing front office operations, supporting her team, and ensuring each patient receives attentive, high-quality service.
For Kiana, one of the best parts of working at Saltz is getting to be part of each patient’s journey. She finds the greatest reward in helping people feel comfortable and cared for, especially during moments that can feel vulnerable or unfamiliar. Watching patients leave feeling happy, confident, and well cared for is one of the most meaningful parts of her work.
Her calm presence, strong leadership, and genuine care for others make her a valued member of the team and an important part of the Saltz experience.
Outside the office, Kiana enjoys spending time with her grandkids, traveling, and making memories at concerts.
