Gloucester, VA, July 13, 2026 – Local Profit and Performance Advisor, Jennifer Todd, CPA, MBA, founder of FutureView CPA, launched her podcast, “Founder, Get Your Life Back,” today, with three episodes now available. A new episode will publish weekly.

The show is for founders running businesses with $5 million to $50 million in revenue whose success as subject-matter experts has left them stuck in the weeds of their business. Every decision runs through them. Their team can’t move without their sign-off. The business is worth less than it should be because it’s almost worthless without them.  They’re often overworked, underpaid, and burning out.

“Most founders think they can’t afford to get their life back,” Todd said. “Usually they’re right, until they fix three things: their profitability, how their business creates value without them personally in the room, and whether their team can actually run things on their own.”

Jennifer Todd has spent 28 years as a CPA working with founder-led businesses. She built FutureView CPA to combine financial advisory with team performance and decision-making structure, three areas most advisors handle separately.

Todd brings three lenses to every engagement: the financial honesty of a CPA, the strategic clarity of an MBA, and the practical skill of a trained organizational and team coach. Most advisors specialize in one of the three. Todd built her practice around holding all three at once, so a founder gets a single, integrated read on their numbers, positioning, and team, rather than three separate opinions from three advisors.

Each episode of “Founder, Get Your Life Back” stands on its own. A listener can start with any episode and walk away with something they can use that week. Topics cover the three blind spots that keep founders stuck: broken profitability, personal dependency in the business, and teams that can’t operate independently.

Find the show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, YouTube, or anywhere you get your podcasts. New episodes are scheduled to publish weekly throughout the first season.
