How Choosing the Trades Built Titanium Plumbing & Heating

I remember the day as if it were yesterday. I was 19 years old, fresh off completing my freshman year of college, when I sat my parents down and told them something they didn’t expect to hear: I was done with school – I wanted to be a plumber.

It wasn’t an impulsive decision. I knew I wanted a career where I could work with my hands, solve real problems, and build something of my own. I enrolled in trade school shortly after and quickly landed a job with a local plumbing company. What started as a job soon became a passion.

By the age of 26, I earned my master plumbers license. Two years later, at just 28 years old, I took the leap and founded Titanium Plumbing & Heating. Like most small business beginnings, the early years were filled with early mornings, late nights, and more lessons than I could have ever learned in a classroom. Every challenge helped shape not only the company, but the leader I was becoming.

As Titanium grew, one thing became clear: our success was never about one person. Titanium’s true strength is its people. We are a team of highly skilled, motivated plumbing and heating professionals who take pride in doing things the right way. From the quality of our workmanship to the way we communicate with our customers, our focus has always been on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Today, Titanium Plumbing & Heating is built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. We don’t cut corners, we don’t overpromise, and we stand behind our work. Whether it’s a simple service call or a complex system installation, our goal is the same – to leave every customer confident they chose the right company.

Looking back, choosing the trades at 19 years old was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It gave me a career, a business, and the opportunity to build something meaningful for my family, my team, and the community we serve. And in many ways, we’re still just getting started.
