Garrett started R&D Fabworks after noticing a gap in skilled, efficient metal fabricators. At the time, the average age of fabricators was 55, and he saw an opportunity to bring energy, precision, and excellence to the craft. His guiding philosophy is simple: excellence solves all problems. Every project, from concept to completion, reflects that commitment.
What Garrett enjoys most is seeing the reaction of clients when their project is finished. “We provide lifelong luxury investments in people’s homes,” he says. “There is nothing better than seeing someones expression when they love how we have helped them to transform their home one step closer to their dream home.”

Outside of work, Garrett is family-focused. He and his wife, Amanda, are raising their daughter, Ainsley, and their cat Winston. They are active at 7Hills Church and enjoy service projects with friends. When they are off the clock, you can find them hiking and playing absurd amounts of putt-putt in Gatlinburg.
