When I look back at how I got into chiropractic care, it really started when I was in middle school. I saw my father begin treatment and experience significant improvements in his health. I would go with him to his visits and eventually became a patient myself. I remember admiring the doctors and the way they carried themselves. The environment felt positive and uplifting. It wasn’t just about getting someone out of pain — it was about helping them function optimally without drugs or surgery. That perspective stayed with me as I got older, and I knew I wanted to be part of a profession that focused on improving quality of life in a natural way.
Wynwellness originally opened in Wynwood, which is where the name comes from. In early 2024, we relocated to 4770 Biscayne Boulevard. This move allowed us to expand into more of a community that is truly rooted in Miami. We are near beautiful neighborhoods, schools, and great local businesses. The building itself overlooks Biscayne Bay, and that setting allows us to match our office energy with the level of care we strive to provide. It was important to me to build something in a place that feels connected and vibrant.
For someone who has never been to a chiropractor before, I want the experience to feel comfortable and clear. From the moment a patient walks in, they are greeted with a smile. We take the time to explain everything we are doing and why. My goal is for patients to truly understand what is going on and what the root cause of their issue may be. Communication is a big part of our practice. I want people to leave feeling informed, confident, and supported in their care plan moving forward.
While chiropractic care is the foundation of what we do, we also provide injury rehabilitation, spinal decompression, and corrective exercises tailored to each individual. With additional training in clinical nutrition and functional medicine, I am able to look deeper when necessary, especially in cases involving chronic inflammation or disc injuries. My goal has always been to provide a well-rounded approach to natural healthcare with only the finest quality.
Prevention is a big part of our philosophy. I educate patients on posture, movement, and daily habits that protect their spine long term. Rather than waiting for pain to return, we focus on consistency and maintenance so people can continue functioning at a high level.
There are many moments that remind me why I chose this profession. Having the opportunity to turn someone’s life around when they are dealing with an ailment or restriction — and seeing that complete transformation — is the most rewarding part. It is truly our purpose in practice.
Outside of the office, this neighborhood is not just where I work — it is where I live. My family and I enjoy the restaurants in MiMo and the Upper East Side, and we often take our son to Legion Park on the weekends. Being part of this community personally and professionally means a lot to me.
