Real estate has been my calling since 1985, when I earned my license straight out of school — a decision I have never regretted. Growing up, I had a front-row seat to the craft: my father, Charlie Yunker, was a designer and builder of custom homes, including mid-century modern designs that are coveted to this day. That upbringing gave me an instinctive fluency in architectural styles, construction quality, and the details that matter most to buyers and sellers.
In 1996, my wife and I built our own home in Prospect — designed and built by Charlie, naturally — and the US Highway 42 corridor became my specialty. Today, the greater Prospect area (zip code 40059) is the heart of my practice. My deep familiarity with this market means you benefit from decades of local knowledge, trusted relationships, and an honest read on value.
