Sea Bright Wines is teaming up with Red Horse Steakhouse by David Burke for an evening of fine wine, exceptional cuisine, and great company. The event will be held on Thursday, May 7th at 6:30 PM and will feature an exclusive four-course wine tasting dinner designed to delight the senses and unite the community. Tickets are available via the Red Horse website.

Whether you’re planning a date night out, gathering a group of friends, or organizing a ladies’ night, this experience will be full of exceptional flavor. More than just dinner, the evening offers time for relaxation, connection, and indulging in an elevated culinary experience.

Executive Chef Jeff Rescigno has crafted a seasonal menu, each dish expertly paired with a selection of Sea Bright Wines, personally chosen to enhance every bite and sip.

The menu includes:

Rumson Red Blend (Gold Medal – Sommelier Challenge & OC Fair)

A true hometown favorite, this deep garnet blend of Malbec and Alicante Bouschet is full-bodied and balanced well with notes of blackberry, licorice, dark chocolate, and wild herbs. Rich, refined, and unmistakably Rumson.

Malbec (Gold Medal – Critics Challenge & International East Meets West Challenge)

Smooth and elegant with a medium body, this Malbec offers subtle notes of black licorice and wild herbs.

Petit Verdot (Silver Medal – International East Meets West Challenge)

Bold and expressive, this full-bodied wine boasts the aromas of black cherry, plum, and violet and has a distinct herbal edge.

Cabernet Sauvignon (Double Gold Medal – OC Fair)

A robust and earthy classic, layered with red bramble, savory black pepper, and a rich, lingering finish.

Sea Bright Wines is co-owned by Brian Kelly and Jen Walsh, who bring a hometown passion to every bottle. While their roots are in Sea Bright and Rumson, their wines are crafted in Paso Robles, California. Their grapes are grown in calcareous soils, hand-harvested at peak ripeness, and carefully aged in French oak barrels to create small-batch wines.

Award-winning Sea Bright Wine is available by joining our Sea Bright Wine Founders Club, & locally by the bottle or glass. seabrightwine.com
