Best You owner, Jennifer Gingras has been a personal trainer for over twenty years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science and is experienced in nutritional counseling. Jena guides individuals to success in the areas ranging from mothers with post baby weight to figure competitors winning competitions.

Ben
Ben is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and the American Academy of Personal Training. He has been personal training since 2009. Ben specializes in gaining strength, fat loss, injury prevention, high intensity interval training, boxing, olympic lifts, and sports specific conditioning.

Jamey
Jamey is a graduate of Bridgewater University and holds a degree in Exercise Science. He employs the latest methods for fat loss, core strengthening, improving balance, overall strength gain, increasing bone density, sport specific training, pre surgery preparations, and injury prevention.

Domenic
With a background in the fitness industry, combined with his passion for outdoor recreation, Domenic is co-owner of an outdoor recreation and wellness company, Rooted Rose. Domenic is dedicated to holistic wellness and places an emphasis on yoga and the importance of toe, foot, ankle, and knee strength.

Shannon
Shannon holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She holds two world titles in the competitive figure world. As a trainer, Shannon is focused on meeting each client’s needs in the areas of fat loss, gaining strength, improving balance, injury prevention and/or recovery, and marathon training.

Ramon
Ramon was raised playing baseball in the Dominican Republic, which has been an inspiration for him in his fifteen years working in the fitness industry. Ramon strives to remain at the forefront of the field in all fitness advancements. He continues to raise awareness of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

Evelyn
Evelyn has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and is the founder of Slendish Organics. She has been in the coaching and fitness industry since 2010. Evelyn is dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to focus on health through training and nutrition.

Christina
Christina is NASM certified as a Personal Trainer and as a Nutrition Coach, with an additional certification in Correctional Exercise. She was a college basketball athlete at Salem State University. Christina’s coaching style is a blend of strength training, functional movement, yoga-based mobility, and sustainable nutrition strategies tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
