Serving Our Community, One Drop at a Time

Access to clean, reliable water is something many people take for granted—until they don’t have it. After spending several years working in the well drilling industry, I began to see firsthand that many communities in our area were facing real challenges when it came to both water access and water quality. In 2019, I decided to start a business focused on helping meet those needs and providing practical solutions for the people in the community I’ve always called home.

I was born and raised in Ellijay, and my commitment to serving this community has always been an important part of who I am. I’m a proud Marine Corps veteran, husband, and father of four amazing children. In addition to operating this business, I also continue to work alongside my father in our family’s well drilling company, carrying on a tradition of experience and service in the groundwater industry.

Through my work in well drilling, I noticed a growing gap in our region’s water infrastructure. There was an increasing demand for licensed community water system operators, yet very few professionals in our area held the required certifications. At the same time, new residential communities were being built in locations without access to municipal water, meaning private wells would need to supply multiple homes while remaining compliant with Georgia EPD regulations.

I also recognized a need for a local water purification specialist who understood the unique characteristics of our region’s groundwater. Many homeowners and businesses were dealing with water quality issues but didn’t have access to someone familiar with the common challenges found in our local aquifers or the filtration systems required to properly treat them.

What began simply as an effort to help fill those gaps has grown into something much larger than I originally imagined. Today, we are blessed to manage and operate more than 15 community water systems and have helped over 800 homeowners and businesses improve their water quality through customized filtration solutions.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is the opportunity to connect with homeowners and businesses throughout our community. We enjoy meeting people, learning about their individual situations, and helping them find solutions that work for their homes and families. It’s not uncommon for us to drive through town and point out homes and neighborhoods where we’ve worked, remembering the people we met there and the stories behind the water challenges we helped solve.

As part of our continued commitment to serving the community, we also provide free water testing for local homeowners and businesses. Each test includes a comprehensive report outlining water quality standards along with clear recommendations for improving and purifying the water supply. We believe people deserve to understand what is in their water and how to make it better.

At the heart of everything we do are the values that guide our work each day: hard work, faith in the Lord, and a genuine desire to serve our community with gratitude and integrity. We feel lucky to live in these mountains and are dedicated to continuing to provide sustainable water solutions for our community.
