- Weather sealing of driveway and sidewalks
Exposed aggregate and concrete surfaces (driveways, sidewalks, patios) should be sealed every 2-4 years, with certain exceptions, to protect your hardscapes from water-intrusion / cracking and extend the useful life.
After thoroughly soft washing the surface, we apply two coats of a solvent-based sealer that gives your aggregate a clean appearance and provides UV protection. Concrete sealing involves a spray-on sealer solution that is water-based and preserves the concrete’s natural finish.
Exposed aggregate and concrete sealing should take place when surface temperatures are below 90 degrees Fahrenheit, so early summer and early fall are the best seasons for sealing.
