For 25 years, I have proudly called West Bridgewater home, and recently celebrating the 25th anniversary of buying my home here gave me time to reflect on what a wonderful decision that truly was. This town has been the backdrop for raising my family, building friendships, supporting local events, and becoming part of a community that genuinely cares about one another.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families buy and sell homes throughout our area, and one thing always stands out… people are drawn to West Bridgewater because of its strong sense of community, its convenient location, and the feeling of home that you experience here.

As we head toward the new school year, I currently have three very different homes that will soon be looking for new beginnings and new memories to be made. One is a rare 5,000-square-foot custom home in an established neighborhood featuring detailed craftsmanship, generous living space, and endless possibilities for today’s changing lifestyles. What makes this property especially exciting is the incredible value it offers… providing more living space, character, and flexibility than many of the brand-new homes currently being built and sold in town for well over $1 million. The space and value are truly amazing.

Another is a 3,000-square-foot home where updates have already begun, offering buyers the exciting opportunity to add their own finishing touches and personal style.

The third property offers unique flexibility with potential for an ADU rental, income-producing opportunity, or mixed commercial use, something we continue to see growing interest in throughout Massachusetts. Both of these homes are expected to come to market close to the current average home sale price in town of approximately $600,000, creating exciting opportunities for buyers looking to put down roots in West Bridgewater or move within town looking for more space or a better fit.

I also continue to host monthly seminars at the West Bridgewater Public Library for anyone interested in learning more about buying, selling, right-sizing, or simply understanding today’s real estate market. You don’t have to wait for a seminar to ask questions! I’m always happy to talk about real estate, our local market, and this great town we are lucky enough to call home.
