For the past 11 years, the team at Elite Spine and Sports Care of Totowa has proudly served the residents of Totowa and the surrounding communities with one mission in mind — helping patients feel better, move better, and live healthier lives through non-invasive rehabilitative care.

On June 15th, our office celebrates 11 years of providing expert physical therapy, chiropractic care, occupational therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitative services to patients of all ages. We are incredibly grateful to the Totowa community for the trust and support you have shown us over the years. It has truly been an honor to help so many individuals recover from injuries, reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life.

From athletes recovering from sports injuries to patients managing chronic pain or post-surgical rehabilitation, our dedicated team continues to strive to deliver the highest level of care possible. Our goal has always been to combine compassionate treatment with advanced techniques and personalized rehabilitation plans that help our patients return to doing the things they love most.

Expanding Our Services With Advanced Vein Screenings

As part of our continued commitment to expanding healthcare services for our community, we are excited to announce that we are now offering vein screenings and vascular evaluations in addition to our existing rehabilitation services.

Many people experience symptoms such as aching legs, swelling, heaviness, cramping, fatigue, restless legs, or visible varicose veins without realizing they may be related to underlying vein disease or poor vascular circulation. Vein screenings are an important diagnostic tool that can help identify issues with blood flow and circulation before they progress into more serious health concerns.

Healthy vascular circulation plays a critical role in overall wellness. Improved blood flow helps deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body more efficiently while reducing inflammation, discomfort, swelling, and fatigue in the legs. Patients suffering from lower leg aches and pains often experience significant relief once underlying venous insufficiency is properly diagnosed and treated.

In addition to improving physical symptoms, vein treatments can also provide cosmetic benefits by reducing the appearance of bulging or unsightly varicose and spider veins, helping patients feel more comfortable and confident.

Our physicians utilize advanced minimally invasive procedures such as ablations and sclerotherapy to effectively treat problematic veins and improve circulation.

Ablation therapy is a safe, outpatient procedure that uses heat generated by radiofrequency or laser technology to close damaged veins and redirect blood flow to healthier veins. Sclerotherapy involves injecting a specialized medical solution directly into affected veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade over time. Both procedures are performed with minimal downtime, allowing most patients to quickly return to their normal daily activities.

Studies have shown that minimally invasive vein procedures have highly successful outcomes, with many patients experiencing significant symptom relief, improved circulation, reduced swelling and pain, and high satisfaction with cosmetic improvements.

As healthcare continues to evolve, our commitment remains the same: to provide the Totowa community with exceptional care, advanced treatment options, and a welcoming environment where patients always come first.

We sincerely thank the residents of Totowa and the surrounding communities for allowing us to serve you for the past 11 years. Your continued trust and support inspire us every day to grow, improve, and remain one of the leading providers of physical therapy and rehabilitation services in the area.

We look forward to continuing to care for our community for many years to come and welcoming both new and returning patients through our doors.
