Don’t Over Complicate Things!

Working out and proper nutrition, two things that are so important, but also very vague and have so much into each of them.

Am I doing the correct exercises? Am I doing proper form? Am I eating the correct things? Am I getting enough protein? Are my portion sizes good?

All of these are very important questions, but don’t make it more complicated than it already can be. Both strength training and nutrition has a bit of trial and error to it for everyone. Everybody’s bodies are made differently and can react to certain exercises and nutrition differently.

The one thing that doesn’t change for anyone thought is CONSISTENCY. Without this, nothing will ever happen, or at least not as quickly as it could. Pick a plan to stick to for 6-8 weeks, track progress with strength/measurements/body fat percentage, and if things are going in the right direction, keep at it! If there are things that have not improved that means we can adjust our work outs, or nutrition to try again. Small adjustments can go a long way, but consistency always must remain top focus!

There are so many exercises and nutrition programs out there. It is about finding what works best for you and your body.

If you would like assistance with this from a professional, that is what we are here for! Customized training programs based on each individual’s goals, fitness level and abilities! Give us a call and lets get started! 314-909-9565
