For 23 years, Align Spa has been known for our thoughtful, trustworthy, and therapeutic bodywork, creating a home within the community of Park City, Utah. Align Spa is now opening the doors to a new type of massage service. We are introducing Structural Integration to our offerings! Gabby Ricci, a certified massage therapist since 2022, joined our team in November 2025. She brings so much kindness to our space and has immediately become a friendly face for all in Align simultaneously being a master with her craft. The ski town of Park City has created space for Align to become known for a type of athletic recovery massage therapy due to a wide variety of clientele from Ski/Snowboard team members, Park City High youth athletes, and avid mountain bikers and hikers. Gabby’s addition to our team has been a seamless addition because her focus on Structural Integration and similar style focuses on recovery of the whole body for various similar concerns.

Structural Integration might be an unfamiliar name or type of massage therapy to a lot of us. To help explain, we sat down and asked Gabby if she could give us a deep dive into the world of Structural Integration. She explained to us that to learn what Structural Integration is, we have to learn what Fascia is. Gabby explains it beautifully, “Fasica is the connective tissue that surrounds and links every structure in your body, creating a system that supports you through a process called tensegrity-where tension and compression are distributed throughout the whole body.” Gabby proceeded to explain that one section of this system can cause pain elsewhere, which is where Structural Integration comes in Gabby states, “Structural Integration works directly with the system through a series of sessions designed to release tension, restore balance, and improve the way that your body moves and supports itself as a whole.” It’s a really interesting but effective style of massage session that improves posture, alignment, mobility, and provides longer pain relief. Gabby also shared a fun fact that Structural Integration takes a look into how gravity affects our bodies, “Each session begins with a holistic postural assessment, allowing both the practitioner and client to observe how gravity is affecting the body’s fascial system.” If you find yourself facing similar issues or craving longer lasting pain relief, Structural Integration could be a great new type of massage to try out with Gabby. We wanted to take a deeper dive into what makes Gabby so passionate about this type of massage to learn where her love for the craft comes in. She explained that, “What I love about Structural Integration and massage therapy in general is that you get to take an active role in helping someone feel better. It’s a very hands-on form of healing that can create immediate results or support gradual, long term growth.” Hearing how much care, focus, and passion goes into Gabby’s work alongside the science behind Structural Integration makes it the perfect addition to Align Spa’s menu.

Structural Integration is a type of massage that works particularly well in continuous sessions, usually sessions of three. That is why, alongside adding Structural Integration to our spa menu, we have added a new type of bundle available for purchase. We have introduced our Structural Integration Bundles! They are available for purchase of three ninety minute sessions or three one hundred-twenty minute sessions. With the purchase of the bundle, clients are saving twenty-five dollars on each session. It’s the perfect way to get a discount on consistent structural integration sessions and spend lots of time with Gabby’s therapeutic touch. The combination of Structural Integration’s deep focused healing work, with Gabby’s bright personality have made this introduction to Align the perfect new addition to our Park City spa.
