Fall Reset: Finding Your Way Back to Routine

There’s something about fall in Park City that feels like a reset. Summer rarely follows a schedule, but once school starts and mornings turn cooler, we naturally start looking for rhythm again.

At PEAK|45 Park City, that shift shows up every year. Familiar faces return to favorite class times, and new clients walk through the door ready to try something different — because wellness doesn’t always require a dramatic overhaul. More often, it’s built through consistency: finding something that makes you feel stronger and continuing to show up for it.

Part of the Park City community since 2020, PEAK|45 offers a 45-minute workout on the patented Megaformer, combining high intensity with low impact to build strength, balance, and endurance while staying easy on the joints — ideal preparation for the skiing, hiking, and mountain living that define life here.

For owner Lacy Harrison, the connection between movement and community goes back long before the studio opened. With a background dancing for the NFL and NBA and years training athletes, she’s seen firsthand how movement builds more than physical strength — it builds confidence and connection.

“There is something really special about watching people find their place and their individual strength in the studio,” Harrison says. “Consistency — and knowing there is a community here waiting for you — is a big part of what keeps people coming back.”

That sense of community extends beyond the studio, with PEAK|45 regularly supporting local organizations and causes throughout Park City.

“Fall has always felt like a reset,” Harrison says. “It’s a chance to recommit to yourself — not with huge resolutions, but simply by getting back to the things that make you feel strong and grounded.”

PEAK|45 Park City is located in Kimball Junction at 1612 Ute Boulevard, the area’s only official Lagree Fitness studio. Learn more at peak-45.com or info@peak-45.com.
