When your back hurts, your neck won’t turn or an old injury keeps getting in the way of the things you love, the goal usually isn’t complicated: you want to feel better—and stay better.
Since opening the doors in 2017, Thrive Health Center has worked to create a different kind of healthcare experience—one built around positive connection, patient education, individualized care and a genuine desire to help people get back to doing the things they love.
Today, with locations in Jacksonville and Fleming Island, that philosophy is brought to life through what we call our “Treatment Trifecta:” structure-based chiropractic care, SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy and spinal decompression.

1. Chiropractic Care: Improve Structure & Movement
Chiropractic care is at the foundation of what we do. Our doctors utilize Chiropractic BioPhysics® techniques and X-ray analysis to evaluate spinal structure and function, then develop an individualized plan of care.
When appropriate, progress X-rays are taken after a period of care to objectively evaluate structural changes rather than relying solely on pain to determine progress.
But, for many people, especially those dealing with chronic or more complex problems, the spinal joints are only one piece of the puzzle.
2. SoftWave: Address the Soft Tissues
Muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues all play an important role in how we move and feel. When knee, hip, shoulder, ankle or nerve related issues are present, often, addressing the structure alone is not enough.
SoftWave therapy uses acoustic shockwaves to stimulate biological responses involved in the body’s natural healing and repair processes. Combined with chiropractic care, it allows our team to address both joint mechanics and the surrounding soft tissues rather than simply chasing symptoms.

3. Spinal Decompression: Reduce Disc Stress
For patients with disc-related neck or back complaints, including symptoms such as sciatica, non-surgical spinal decompression can add another dimension to care.
Using a specialized decompression table, controlled forces are applied to the spine with the goal of reducing mechanical stress on spinal discs and surrounding structures.
Together, these three approaches allow us to look at each patient individually and determine which combination of care makes sense for them.
More Than Another Healthcare Office
Thrive was never intended to be defined solely by the treatments we provide.
As a faith-forward office, we believe our opportunity to serve extends beyond our four walls. We strive to create an environment centered on positivity, meaningful relationships, education, health empowerment and treating people like people.

That mission also shapes where we are headed. Thrive has set a long-term goal of sponsoring 1,000 children through Compassion International, extending the impact of our community far beyond Northeast Florida.
Ultimately, our name says a lot about what we want for the people we serve.
Whether that means getting back on the golf course, picking up your kids without worrying about your back, returning to the gym or simply moving through everyday life with more confidence, we don’t just want you to get through your days. We want you THRIVING.
Reduce Suffering, Restore Hope, Reclaim Health, THRIVE.
