Brew, Anew: Where Coffee, Connection & Care Come Together

At Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe some of the most meaningful connections can begin with something as simple as a cup of coffee.

That belief inspired Brew, Anew, our daily coffee hour designed to bring residents, patients, team members, and healthcare partners together in a warm and welcoming environment. Every day at 10:30 a.m., participants can enjoy gourmet coffee paired with fresh pastries or bagels (keeping in mind dietary restrictions) while taking a break from the routines of rehabilitation and recovery.

But Brew, Anew is about much more than coffee. It is about connection, conversation, education, and support during a time when patients and families may be facing uncertainty about what comes next.

We regularly welcome healthcare partners and community professionals to join us and provide valuable education on the resources and services available after discharge. Topics may include homecare, hospice, outpatient services, long-term care options, food insecurity assistance, and other community resources that can help patients successfully transition to their next chapter.

And because we know rehabilitation doesn’t always happen on a schedule, we’ve taken Brew, Anew out via the Cambridge Coffee Cart! Our coffee cart makes rounds throughout the center, bringing coffee, pastries, and a little bit of connection directly to patients who are unable to attend the 10:30 a.m. gathering because they are participating in therapy or other appointments.

We are incredibly proud to offer Brew, Anew every day at Cambridge. What started with coffee has become an opportunity to build relationships, share resources, answer questions, and remind our patients and residents that they are never navigating their journey alone.

At Cambridge, we believe recovery is more than rehabilitation. It is about creating community, fostering confidence, and helping every person feel supported as they discover what comes next.

Brew, Anew is where every cup starts a conversation—and every conversation can make a difference.
