It’s important to find an automotive shop you can trust and not just feel like another number walking through the door.

Having a mechanic you can trust changes the whole experience when your vehicle has a problem. Make sure you ask any questions you may have before any work is done. Like why does it need it, what does that part do, how much will it cost, is it safe to keep driving or does it need to be repaired right away?

These are a few of the questions we get on a regular basis and we have no issue answering the questions. Your chosen automotive shop should do the same.

Having an automotive shop you can trust and rely on makes the experience less stressful and can help keep your mind at ease, knowing that we have your best interest in mind.

Fall Is Here

There are a few things to consider in the upcoming month, starting with undercoating.

Undercoating is a great investment for your vehicle. It helps protect your vehicle from rust.

It’s important to know what product is being used. For example, we offer a wax additive, dripless product. This helps the undercoat seep into all the crevices and won’t make a mess in your driveway.

We recommend doing what we call a full undercoat the first time, which includes under the vehicle, in the doors, trunk/tailgate and under the hood. The following two to three years, we would do a touch up, which covers just the underneath of the vehicle where all the salt and dirt has the most access.

As part of the regular maintenance that comes with the cold months ahead, include testing your battery, making sure your coolant is at a good strength and full. The same goes for all other fluids.

Don’t forget tire care. It is very important to make sure you have the correct tires for the road conditions ahead. Winter or all weather tires are recommended for the snowy/icy months ahead. Always make sure they and in good shape and have good tread depth.
