In addition to providing comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, she recently completed an advanced residency focused on neuro-ophthalmic disease, giving her specialized expertise in diagnosing and managing complex conditions that affect both the eyes and the nervous system.
Patients experiencing symptoms such as ocular migraines, double vision, unexplained vision changes, concussion-related visual problems, or other neuro-visual disorders often face long waits before seeing the appropriate specialist. By adding Dr. Patel to the practice, Kresloff Eye Associates is helping bridge that gap and providing the community with faster access to highly specialized care close to home.
Dr. Patel earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of South Florida before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. She then completed a prestigious two-year residency in Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she received advanced training in the diagnosis and management of complex eye and neurologic conditions.
While her advanced training allows her to evaluate patients with specialized neuro-visual concerns, Dr. Patel also provides the comprehensive services patients expect from their family eye doctor. She performs routine eye examinations, contact lens evaluations, and diagnoses and manages a wide range of eye diseases, caring for patients from childhood through adulthood.

She believes every patient deserves individualized, evidence-based care and takes the time to understand each person’s concerns, answer questions, and develop treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
