Tom is a nationally recognized automotive leader who chose to stay local combining a Harvard Business School executive education, a B.S. from Northeastern University, formal automotive education from Farmingdale State College, and over three decades of hands-on technical mastery.
As the former Director of the Tilden National franchise network, Tom led training, operations, and franchise development across 80+ locations nationwide. He could run any operation in the country, but he chose Huntington.
Under his leadership, Tilden Huntington has become one of the first independent shops on Long Island to offer dealer-level computer programming, AI-assisted diagnostics, and EV/hybrid certification. He personally manages every aspect of the shop from customer consultations to complex ECU re-flashing.
His philosophy is simple, full disclosure, every time: If your car needs it, he tells you. If it doesn’t, you don’t pay for it!
That’s how Tom built relationships with three generations of Huntington families and brought customers’ cars past 200,000 miles, with some exceeding half a million!
Instead of running a corporate empire, he’s here under the hood, training his team, investing in cutting-edge technology, and building relationships in Huntington that span generations.
