Market timing is more important than ever. Spring is when sales tend to feel the easiest; homes sell faster and often over the list price! The sellers who start planning early are the ones who can take advantage of premier spring timing.

2. Home improvements and inspections
Let’s be efficient. We’ll make use of the next couple of months by ordering your inspections, coordinating repairs, and getting bids for the home preparations you are considering. Contractors are not as busy this time of year, so it’s easier to get on their schedule.
3. Introductions to tax advisors, financial planners, and more!
Do you have questions about capital gains taxes or moving your tax base? Do you need financial advice for your next chapter in life? Start putting your team of advisors together now so that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

4. Plan your next purchase
Finding your new home will be a fun part of the process! We can start looking at homes early, as soon as we understand your budget. We can discuss whether you’d be able to buy your new home before selling, or if you’ll need to sell first and then start shopping.
