We’re Happy to Talk Tile: Good Work Starts With Good Relationships

There’s something to be said for doing business with people you know.

At HORIZON TILE & STONE, that’s how we’ve always preferred to work, how I always want us to work. Be of service. We’re local. We have a showroom where people can stop and talk through a project. We have workspaces where designers, builders, installers, and homeowners can gather to figure things out. Sometimes that means helping a client choose tile. Sometimes it means pulling samples, sketching out an idea, or listening to what they’re trying to accomplish.

We like that part. Screens are important, but human interaction is vital.

We also like relationships that develop along the way. We’ve gotten to know tradespeople who walk through our doors, designers and builders we work with regularly, vendors who supply our products, and neighbors who became customers and friends. Those relationships make work better. When you know who you’re working with, and they know you, it’s easier to communicate, solve a problem, and get the job done.

That matters in any year. But after Hurricane Helene, it has felt especially important in WNC. We were reminded just how much a community depends on people knowing and helping one another, showing up when it counts. Two years later, recovery continues, and so does the work of rebuilding places we call home.

If you haven’t been to HORIZON, come by soon. Bring your plans, inspiration, questions, and we’ll happily discover what’s next. Stop in to browse. We’re always happy to talk tile.

You don’t need a project or exactly what you’re looking for. Come in, have a look, and say hello. That’s part of being local, too.
