Hearing Aids Keep Life Happier!

Well, it’s already February 2026. Can you believe it? I hope you all had a blessed and prosperous 2025 and are looking forward to a great 2026! As I get a little older every year, it seems time keeps going faster. 2025 had some great ups—like the birth of a new granddaughter Mira, and a new puppy named Charlotte. It also had a few downs—like losing my dog Valentyne, my faithful friend and companion for almost 16 years.

As we age, time marches on and we must adapt to the changes. I have been helping people adapt to changes in their hearing for over 41 years.

Treatment Plans

In my practice, I offer patients a Treatment Plan. Not just devices to help you hear better but also a complete plan of Aural Rehabilitation to improve your overall quality of life. Better hearing and understanding helps you by making hearing easier and less taxing on your frontal lobe, so you are not concentrating so hard to hear and understand. (If you have been diagnosed with Dementia or Frontal Lobe Dementia, hearing aids will help). It also helps those around you because they become frustrated repeating everything they say.

LACE AI PRO

Part of my treatment plan is the use of an app called LACE AI PRO. It utilizes artificial intelligence to help improve your hearing and understanding by using a game-like system that helps improve understanding in noise—rapid speech understanding, working memory, missing words and lip reading. I started using the LACE AI PRO app in treatment plans for my patients and the results have been fantastic. Just a few minutes a day and you will start seeing the results and benefits for yourself.

Custom Ear Molds

Another part of the treatment plan is the use of custom ear molds. Custom ear molds perfect the fitting process of the hearing aids. It provides an accurate acoustic measurement and physical fit and placement of the speakers in the ear.

Complete Evaluation

The beginning of the better hearing journey starts with a complete diagnostic evaluation and exam. This includes a visual otoscopic exam, an audiological evaluation in the sound booth.  Oto-Acoustic Emissions testing directly tests the function of the cochlea. These tests and measurements help me determine the best course of treatment for each patient.

I also have a treatment plan for tinnitus (ringing or static noises in the ear). I am a certified tinnitus practitioner. What this means is I have training in how to relieve tinnitus levels with prescriptive fit hearing aids. The difference is amazing. If you or someone you know is suffering with tinnitus symptoms, call today to schedule a consultation and evaluation and see what help is available.

I have been helping people hear and understand easier for over 41 years now. I can help you or someone you love. Call to schedule an evaluation and consultation now!
